Watermelon Nails

Eeks.. I haven't been getting any inspirations lately, but I did with watermelons when I saw my friend eating them. I thought "Wow, that watermelon looks disgusting but would be a cute nail design." So here is my horrible attempt at doing a watermelon nail design. I don't think it's that bad.. it's just not perfect.
After putting a base coat, I started off the design with painting the bottom half of my nail with L.A. Girl's Jade and if you noticed, watermelons usually have stripes, so by making the striped, I dipped a tiny painting brush into Sally Hansen's Green With Envy and dabbed my nail with it, making sure I did it in a messy line. I then painted 1/3 of the nail with Sinful Colors Beautiful Girl and tried to make the pale white part of the watermelon with Sally Hansen's Sweet Tulip. Once the Beautiful Girl dried, I used one of my dotting tools to make the seeds with Rimmel Black Satin. These were the closest colors I had to a watermelon. Cute from far away, but not too bad close up haha.
